I'd like a way to skip through the dialogue faster, without having to skip it entirely. I read a lot quicker than each speech bubble allows me to dismiss it, so I find myself clicking away through the whole dialogue.

I'll second this. Sometimes it's easy to "ok" through the dialogue, but many times it goes mostly at its own pace. I don't want to miss it as it's a cute story and I like the interaction, but it's just taking too long.
